March 16, 2011

It is 3:00 am. I just woke up. I fell asleep not even an hour and a half ago. I had an awful dream. In the dream, I was in my house with my family. It was late, probably around 10 or 11. The house I was in was not familiar, though in my dream it felt like it was. I looked out of my window and saw several police cars outside of my neighbors house. I called my mom and dad over to see this. As soon as I told them what happened, it was as if their hearts leapt out of their chest. Apparently, there were two twin girls living in that house that were previously in to some pretty bad stuff. They recently turned to God and were following down the right path. The police outside of their house tried arresting them, and they went belligerent. Started throwing things, kicking over trash cans, all sorts of stuff like that. Scared me a bit to see someone act like that, right across the street from me. After what seemed to be fifteen minutes of dealing with these two girls running rampant down the street evading the police, things started calming down a bit. It was late, so everyone began to go to sleep. I shut the door to my parents bedroom, and came across my little brother. He was having trouble sleeping, so he asked if he could sleep in my bedroom. I told him that was fine, and I led him up the stairs and into my room. I woke up. I heard a loud “BANG BANG” on my door. I closed my eyes and pretended I was asleep. The door quietly opened up. I looked up and saw a four foot figure standing right there. I thought it was my brother so I said, “Hey Josh, what are you doing?” All of the sudden the person that was standing there vanished. I laid down in my bed for about an hour or so, and finally fell asleep. Now, I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but I think that thing that stood in my doorway was a demon. While awake, I could definitely feel some sort of demonic presence in the room with me. This was one of the scariest experiences of my life.
